the location is super fab, so close to so many restaurants and attractions. the staff is really friendly and checking in was a breeze. loved the rooftop area for chillin and the views are just awsome. also, the elevator worked fine during our stay which is a plus! it's perfect for using the metro and buses.

the room was kinda outdated and the bed was too hard for my taste. also, there was a weird smell in the bathroom but other than that, it was okay.

Maintenance is a joke!!! The carpets scream for a deep clean, and the inconsistent flushing in the toilets wastes your time!!! better soundproofing is essential!!!

The kitchenette was functional, providing a fridge, hob, microwave, and essential utensils. Daily housekeeping kept the room clean and fresh. The rooftop bar and pool offered a pleasant spot to unwind, even though sun loungers were occasionally in short supply. The location was ideal, with easy access to public transportation for exploring Lisbon.

Our recent stay exceeded expectations! The staff went above and beyond, especially Rita, who helped us when we faced shipping issues. Enjoyed the nearby El Paso Cantina for delicious Tex-Mex, just a stroll away. Definitely a hub for exploring Lisbon!

The rooftop pool with amazing views was a real highlight, and the breakfast had a huge selection of options, including fresh fruit, pastries, and hot food. the WiFi was frustratingly limited, which was a letdown as we needed it for planning our dining experiences.
